Five small apps, each doing one chore. Here's what each one does and what it doesn't. None of them is on the Shopify App Store yet; this page will link to each listing once Shopify approves it.
Catalog QA: Barcode and SKU checker for Shopify
Scans your catalog and lists duplicate SKUs, duplicate barcodes, barcodes with a wrong check digit or length, missing barcodes, missing weights, missing product categories, products without images, images without alt text and zero prices, each with a link to the product in your admin.
It does not change your products, generate SKUs or look up GTINs for you: you fix each item yourself, using the links.
Free plan checks the first 250 variants and shows the first 3 examples per issue. Pro ($9.99/month, 7-day trial) checks the whole catalog, exports a CSV and rescans weekly.

Packfill: Bulk product weights for Shopify
Fills product weights in bulk from rules (for example, every variant of product type T-shirt weighs 0.2 kg) or from a CSV keyed by SKU, shows a preview before anything is written, and can undo the last batch.
It never guesses weights: you state the values and it fills them in. Packed dimensions are planned for when Shopify's 2027-01 API version is stable, and are not part of the current version.
Free plan includes 50 variant edits a month. Pro ($9.99/month, 7-day trial) removes the limit.

Stocklog: Inventory change history with reasons and notes
Keeps its own log of every change in available stock from the day you install it, lets you add a reason and a note to any change, and exports the history as CSV.
It cannot show history from before it was installed, and it does not show staff names. Very quick successive changes can appear as one row (totals stay correct).
Free plan shows the last 30 days. Pro ($9.99/month, 7-day trial) keeps all history since install and adds CSV export.

Ordermail: Scheduled order reports by email
Emails a CSV or Excel file of the previous day's, week's or month's orders to up to five recipients on a schedule you choose, with the order columns you pick.
It does not include customer name, email, phone or address columns, and it covers orders from the last 60 days. It sends order-level rows, not line items.
Free plan sends 1 weekly or monthly CSV report to 1 recipient. Pro ($12.99/month, 14-day trial) adds daily reports, Excel files, more reports and up to 5 recipients.

Polabel: Barcode labels from Shopify purchase orders
Reads your Shopify purchase orders and prints a label for each unit ordered (quantities editable per line) as a PDF: Code 128, or EAN-13/UPC-A for valid GTINs, with title, variant, SKU and price.
It uses ordered quantities, not received quantities, and it only prints labels for products on a purchase order. No custom label designs.
Free plan prints Avery 5160 sheets, up to 60 labels per PDF. Pro ($9.99/month, 7-day trial) adds Avery 5167 and 2.25" x 1.25" thermal labels and up to 2,000 labels per PDF.
