This notice covers this website. Each of our Shopify apps has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store listing.

The free tools

The tools run as JavaScript in your browser. Barcodes, CSV files and anything else you paste or choose are processed on your device and are never sent to us or to anyone else. Downloads (such as a results CSV) are created in your browser.

The one exception is the store audit. It sends the store address you enter to our server, which reads that store's public product feed (following its robots.txt, as OrdermailAuditBot) and may cache the result for up to an hour.

Email opt-in

If you tick the box under a store audit and send your email, we store your email address, the store address, the exact consent sentence you agreed to, the page you signed up on and the time. We keep it in Cloudflare's storage to write to you about our Shopify apps and tools, and for no other purpose. We don't sell or share it. To have it deleted, or to stop emails, write to [email protected]; every email we send also lets you unsubscribe.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and has no advertising or cross-site trackers. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site.
